I have a Dinner by Design session scheduled for tomorrow night, and I'm wondering if anyone has tips for low carbing it there.
If you don't know, DbD is one of those places where they do all the chopping and other prep work for you, and you preassemble fresh dinners to take home and put in the freezer. Since I'm given to eating take out when I can't make something quick, I thought this might be a better alternative.
I picked my menu based on what appeared to be low carb options, so we'll see when I get there. They already told me I can leave out anything that I don't want, so that's good.
