I laughed. How funny. What a title. It's an interesting article... but I thought the title would amuse you all.

Oh, how I wish I had heeded this advice a couple of months ago. BUT, then I wouldn't probably be HERE on this site!!!
Certainly all stuff I already knew, now I just need the willpower to follow it.
Thanks for sharing!

Too funny. Thanks for posting that, Becky! Ducks sure keep coming up lately, don't they!

Now quacks and ducks! The timing is great!

But did you notice the fine print? Article was originally written I think in 2005. I clicked on it assuming it was for current events. All I can say is I consider my $39 well spent to now have friends like you. I would however like to have my money back from Herbalife(threw my BP totally out of control--oh the pseudo ephedra) and my money back from Jenny Craig (what a waste on those food pouches).

I've posted this before but it bears repeating.
My sister signed up for one of those plans that send you the food every month. She got her first box and filled her freezer... but never started. The next month another box came and again, she filled her freezer, ... but never started and thought to herself, "I must call and cancel this." but she didn't.
MONTH 3 -- Again the shipment comes; her credit card is hit; there is no more room in the freezer; ... and she never started.
So she decided to feed the meals to her family. They were so horrible that the family wouldn't eat them at all! hahahaha I don't know what she eventually did with all that stuff.... but she did cancel the orders.
.... and she never started the diet.

I saw this this morning, too..and I thought it was quite amusing..and timely.
I agree..processed foods are icky most of the time. All those additives make things taste funny.
Years ago there used to be some LC tv dinners that were "okay" but after the
phase wore off they dropped them.
Real food is always best!!
