Hello everyone at LC Discussion! I wanted to change my username to my nickname that lots of folks know me by, so Jimmy was gracious enough to get it done for me. I'm the same old Ron, just a different handle on this great forum.

I really am a Former Donut Junkie! I haven't had a donut for over three months...and counting. I kicked the sugar habit altogether the 1st of July and would have to say, it is one of the best decisions of my entire life. I blog about my low-carb diet and being free from donuts on my Life Without Donuts blog, so drop by and check it out sometime. I've found the writing of a blog to be very helpful in staying true to low-carb.
