Ok. I am ready to start exercising. I don't want to start walking, riding my bike or skating just yet. It is still way too hot here.
This is what I have: Bowflex (I love this thing), elliptical, ball, t-tapp (on its way), hand and ankle weights, aeorbic and stepper dvds with stepper, bike and skates.
What I am needing to know is, how often should I do each? How many times per week for cardio, bowflex etc. Should I mix it all up and do a different thing each day? We do still swim everyday. I can do that until mid-late October. I have been trying to get in 1/2 mile or so each day.
