These burgers are very hot and spicy from the chipotle chili powder, the jalapeño and green salsa. The sauce is kind of interesting and different. It's like a combination of sautéed peppers and onions and salsa. I rated them a 3 out of 5.
Hungarian Turkey Burgers Stuffed with Smoked Gouda - page 54I thought these were very good. I wondered if the peppers and onions would cook well enough in such a short time, but they were fine. I used a blend of smoked Swiss and cheddar on mine. You can't really taste the smoke flavor in these so you could use any kind of cheese that gets creamy when melted. I didn't make the sauce that goes with it because it didn't appeal to me. I served them with Mustard Slaw. I gave them a 4 out of 5.
