Mexican CreamI had to adjust this a little. After whisking the sour cream and cream together, the cream thickened right up and wasn't pourable enough to get into my squeeze bottle. A little water did the trick. I usually find that when I spoon sour cream straight out of the container onto my food, I end up with just one blob in the middle of my plate and often end up eating more than I should. With this squeeze bottle mixture, you can evenly dispense the sour cream over the food for more even coverage and more control over the amount. I rated this a 3 out of 5.
Handmade MarshmallowsThe texture of these is really more like fluffy "Jell-O Jigglers" rather than real marshmallows, but they make an interesting snack with very few carbs. Although these are fine for snacking, don't attempt to melt or toast them like real marshmallows. They just turn back to liquid when heated. I think they need a lot more sweetener so I would double it next time. If I do make them again, I might try using part French vanilla Da Vinci syrup in place of some of the water for a bit more flavor and sweetness. I rated these a 2 out of 5.
