Autumn Delight Pork Chops

1 tablespoon oil
2 – 4 ounce lean boneless pork chops, trimmed of fat
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1\4 cup unsweetened applesauce
Additional 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

In a medium nonstick skillet, heat oil. Place pork chops in skillet and cook thoroughly. Sprinkle chops with cinnamon and nutmeg, remove from heat, and keep warm. Heat applesauce in a sauce pan, stir in additional cinnamon. Spoon applesauce over chops and serve. 2 servings.
