Here's the Good Day - the VCR/TV that I needed repaired for my workout tapes (that I had been procrastinating getting into the workouts
Here I go starting induction again - reading - ready to start working out - everything is laid out & ready for a great start to a healthier lifestyle tomorrow!
Side note/question - it states in the book under "vegetables in addition to salad vegetables: - vegetables of 10% carbohydrate or Less" - tomato is listed. I love tomato's & my garden has an abundance of them at present - what would you suggest the limitations be in a day for tomato's? Maybe I missed something somewhere - I will go back & re-read but any input would be appreciated!
