Many of you have asked how to input a weight loss ticker in my forum, so let me point you to an excellent source for creating a ticker with lots of cool graphics at "The Ticker Factory". Click on the "Weight Loss" link and follow the instructions to grab your code for your ticker. Cut and paste the "bbCode" version of the code for your ticker and then bring that back to this forum.

Then follow these easy steps to put it in your signature:

1. Click on "My Controls" at the top right-hand side of the page.
2. Then click on "Edit Signature" in the lower left-hand side of the page.
3. In the signature box, paste your ticker code where you want it to appear in your signature.
4. Finally, click on "Update My Signature" and your ticker should appear. YOU'RE DONE!
