If my diet must have a name, this is it. I'm too lazy to calculate carbs and calories, so I simply avoid: bread, potatoes, grains, sugar, most fruit, and starchy vegetables.

Eat plenty of dead animal flesh, eggs, and non-starchy vegetables. Put cayenne and Tabasco on most everything.

My weight loss experience has been way uneven. I recently lost a bunch of weight when I gave up drinking last November; I still have about 10 lbs to go though. Right now I'm between 155 and 160.

Maybe cigarettes can help......

LOL - No cigaretts!

I quit smoking in January after 15 yrs. Then I turned to drinking, and now I am fighting that. Its just feeding one oral fixation with another for me, smile.gif

Well, You seem to be at a healthy weight to me, smile.gif You've done well for yourself! wink.gif

I have never been a big drinker, although I do enjoy an occasional glass every now and then. I, too, quit smoking this year (April) and really packed some weight on. To fight the cigarette cravings, I turned to popcorn. Now I'm working hard to get the popcorn hips off.

this would be how I have transitioned from K/E, I added vegitables, fat and cheese, wow did I miss cheese. Its like a treat all the time now.

ETA: Ohhh and I am enjoying my coffee with full fat cream and splenda, bless the caffeine molecule for it nourishes us and makes us strong *grins*
