Of course you can eat out!
Take your list of Acceptable Foods with you!!!
I've yet to find a restaurant that can't feed me...
Cheeseburger without bun and salad is fine, breakfast would be good, too!
Don't know what's on the menu where you're going, to hard to advise...

It's much easier eating out on Atkins than any other plan I know. You can usually always find something, or something that you can modify to meet your needs. Enjoy your lunch!

Easily - all day breakfasts are great eggs and bacon or a western omlet
fish dishes (pan fried), steak with veggies just substitute potatoes for salad or extra veggies. Yum I'm hungry now. Dinner time.

Cobb salad, Taco Salad just ask them leave out the beans and don't eat the shell. Grilled Chicken salad I think even McDonalds has one that is tolerable. If you are going to a nice resturant a steak and veggies with a salad and blue cheese is always a good pick.

I get a salad with double meat & double cheese at Subway. Their RANCH dressing is low-carb.
Anywhere you can get a nice piece of meat or fish, you should do fine. I have them hold the croutons on the salad and substitute a LC vegetable for the potato. I ask for extra butter on the side too!

If you have an IHOP, be advised that they put their pancake batter in the omelets to make them fluffier. (I read it on their website).
And if you have a Cracker Barrel there, they are very low carb friendly.
And Red Lobster is lc friendly, too. Anything grilled or broiled, ask what veggies they have, have a salad. I love eating Atkins out!

Ruby Tuesday is GREAT if you get their mashed cauliflower and salad bar (I gave some hints about what to eat at Ruby Tuesday at the
end of this recent YouTube video).
Captain D's also has some EXCELLENT healthy low-carb choices as well.
And DEFINITELY stay away from IHOP eggs...can you believe PANCAKE BATTER?!! Thanks for sharing that reminder, Nita!

Denny's is a great alternative and they'll let you replace a salad, tomato slices, or mixed veggies for the pancakes and hashbrowns.
